Clean your skin: Before using your bra, make sure your skin is clean and dry and free of any oil or cream,so need clean breast with warm towel to remove body oil or cream,as oil and cream will influence the stickiness of the silicone adhesive bra. 2. Gently unclip the front of the silicone adhesive bra cup and remove the protective plastic film. 3. Position the silicone adhesive bra cups: put the one of cups on each time, place the bra cups over your breasts, making sure they are centered and upright. 4. Secure Bra: Once bra cups are in place, gently press them against skin to smooth out any wrinkles or air bubbles. 5. Clip the front of the bra: Once both cups are secured to the breasts, clip the front botton of the silicone adhesive bra together to lift and enhance the look. 6. Adjust as necessary: If you notice any gaps or sags, gently lift and reposition the bra cups until your desired look is achieved. Though all the silicone adhesive bra cups are skin friendly, but please wear for no more than 8 hours a day, and all those adhesive bras are not fit for ladies with sensitive skin.
