Here are the steps to produce an adhesive bra: 1. First, you need to put the fabric and sponge laminated(for fabric adhesive bra) ,or prepare silicone gel in the right color,right softness(silicone adhesive bra) 2. Cut the fabric into different small pieces based on differen size like cup A,B,C,D(fabric adhesive bra),or make a TPU film bag to input the silicone gel inside(silicone adhesive bra) 3. Form the desired cup shape like wing shape cup,round cup shape,mango shape cup on different moulds(a flat fabric to bra shapes forfabric adhesive bra ), and silicone gel to bra cups after heating on machines. 4 then add adhesive to the the cup,air dry for hand brushing glue(cost 8 hours,then the bra is sticky),heat dry for machine brush glue(cost around 12-15 mins in the oven). 5. Botton the middle buckle on to make bra from piece into pair 6.Quality check one by one to check stickiness 7.
